The Mountain Laurel Chapter of Trout Unlimited is supported by a board of directors, who steer the organization and maintain its sustainable future. We adopt sound environmental, legal, and financial policies, aimed at preserving the integrity of the watersheds in Southwestern Pennsylvania. In addition, we work with Federal, state and local government entities, along with grass-roots groups.
 
The board of directors, of Mountain Laurel Trout Unlimited not only oversees the organization but prefers a hands-on approach. We personally coordinate with community organizations in efforts such as waterway clean-ups and fish restocking. Of course, we also participate in the various recreational activities that our region has to offer, such as fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, and camping.

The Mountain Laurel Chapter of Trout Unlimited maintains a series of standing and ad hoc committees. Each of these committees oversee organizational efforts and serve as a liaison with various groups.
