Trout Fisherman join us this spring/summer to insure that we have great places to fish into the future. A little sweat and a lot of laughs will go a long way in preserving our coldwater resources some highlights of our upcoming Spring/Summer. Our Meeting are the second Tuesday of every month 7pm in the Gander Mountain Lodge, by the Galleria.
- Outdoor Heritage May 6 & 7 Summer’s Best Two weeks Quemahoning Lake, join MLTU as we teach tying, casting and assist with teaching the next generation about our coldwater resources and how to enjoy them.
- CLEAN-UPS- MLTU does a number of clean ups join us to keep our streams beautiful, we will be cleaning up Little Paint Creek, Clear Shade Creek, & Yellow Creek (Bedford Co.) See our calendar for dates and times
- WORKDAY-Join MLTU in creating and improving habitat on our coldwater streams. MLTU will be working on Canoe Creek (Blair Co.) & Benscreek check calendar for dates.
- Yellow Creek Coalition Pig Roast June 19-Call Randy for tickets
- The Que Classic Fishing Tournament July 10-sponsored by SCRIP
- MLTU will host PA Fish and Boat Commission Executive Director John Arway and Policy Director Tim Schaeffer at its August 10 regular meeting beginning at 7:00 PM at Gander Mountain. They will discuss the upcoming state legislative initiative on a Marcellus Shale Gas Fee.
